Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We offer Standard and Expedited shipping options.

  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location and courier service.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and shipping method selected. Free shipping may be available on orders above ₹999, as per ongoing offers.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order status through our website or the courier’s tracking portal.

Shipping Restrictions

Currently, we ship only within India. We do not deliver to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or remote locations.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer support at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund as applicable.
